Returns & Exchanges

At GOTRAX, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electric scooter or e-bike within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through our online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack your GOTRAX product in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
